This platform enables candidates to apply for jobs after performing simulations, offering them a firsthand experience of expected job responsibilities. With a focus on accessibility, the platform ensures seamless mobile access to users with diverse technology proficiency levels.

Approach and Conclusion 

My design approach centred on simplifying the job application process while enhancing user experience. Employing a range of design methods, including user research, prototyping, usability testing, and an iterative design process, I sought to comprehend candidate needs and refine the platform based on user insights.
Creating an intuitive interface adaptable to users with varying technological skills was a key focus. Through streamlining the application process and integrating a one-click application feature, candidates were empowered to effortlessly navigate multiple job opportunities.
The outcomes of this approach are clear: improved user experience with mobile accessibility heightened efficiency in the job application process, and empowered candidates equipped with a comprehensive understanding of job expectations.
