A Dashboard for a large company in the software industry. Characterize and design an operational dashboard for the HR department. The product allows the management to see a picture of the organization's human resources situation from above and as well as to provide a day-to-day operational tool for the recruiter to manage the recruiting processes in the organization.
Personas:
- A hiring manager who needs to recruit employees for different departments every month, the recruiting process is complex and includes many stages such as phone calls, invitations to interviews, stages of progress, etc...
- A CEO of a company who needs to get a picture of the organization's personnel situation, what efforts are being made, and daily challenges.
